The 2018 Tiguan model is 10.7-inches longer than the previous model year. The 10.7-inch increase makes room for a full third-row of seats and 57% more cargo space. Both models have the same engine, but feature different transmissions, This results in differences between their respective horsepower and torque. Both models feature 4MOTION All-Wheel-Drive, but the 2018 VW Tiguan features Active Control with Selectable Driving modes. The 2018 Tiguan will also feature available driver-assistance systems, which were previously unavailable on the VW Tiguan.

2018 Volkswagen Tiguan arrival date and pricing

In addition to the increase in size and seating, the all-now 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan was refreshed in the inside and the outside. The newly redesigned body features a wider and lower stance, stronger character lines and striking LED lighting. The 2018 Tiguan’s interior features a refreshed new cloth seat pattern, the new Volkswagen Digital Cockpit Display, and an 8” touchscreen infotainment display, and a driver-oriented control center system.

The 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan will be featured in eight sophisticated and modern color options. Pricing information and trim level information is yet to be released on the all-new 2018 Tiguan. Drivers should anticipate a release date later this spring.
